Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces: typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom/made-to-order pieces: production time is agreed individually before confirming your order.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on destination and carrier. We will share an estimate when confirming your order.

Shipping costs

Standard rates (EUR) shown in cart and at Stripe Checkout: Portugal — free; other EU member states — €9.99; rest of the world — €19.99.

These rates apply to standard shipments; if a case needs a custom quote, we will confirm it before charging you.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will share the tracking details once dispatched.

Customs and import charges

EU shipments: typically no customs duties within the EU single market.

If you request shipping outside the EU, import taxes and duties may apply and are usually paid by the recipient.
