We are a small studio: we aim to be fair and clear, and we ask the same care in return when something needs to go back. This page explains how returns and refunds work for ready-to-ship and custom pieces.

We want your piece to bring you joy. If it is not your match, we will help with the return.

EU withdrawal (ready-to-ship items)

If you are an EU consumer and you purchase a ready-to-ship item at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (subject to conditions).

To exercise withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and clearly state your decision.

Custom / personalized items

For items made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., customized sizing or commissioned artwork), the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply under EU rules.

We will confirm whether a piece is treated as custom/personalized before you pay and before we begin work.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags/packaging where applicable).

If the item is returned damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

How to initiate a return

Write to us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return/withdrawal.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the return, we issue refunds without undue delay and within 14 days, using the original payment method where possible.

Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, original outbound shipping charges are not refunded (this follows usual distance-selling practice).
